The importer or alternate broker in Barbados must complete the relevant C63 and C65 Customs Declaration forms prior to clearance and delivery.
It is not required for all, however shipments can be held by local authority in United Arab Emirates after screening due to lack of MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) or NON DG (Dangerous Goods) declaration letter from the shipper resulting to misconnections and impacting end-to-end service.
It would be advisable for all shipments originating, transiting and terminating for UAE to have MSDS or NON DG declaration from shipper enclosed in the shipment and copies to be uploaded in IDIS.

Providing a WorldShip invoice will result in a slower, delayed clearance of goods.
The copies of the invoice must accompany the shipment and the original invoice must have the original signature of the shipper.
Original invoices are required by law.
Worldship Invoices will not be accepted Invoices on company letterhead are preferred.
All other types of invoices could cause shipments to be delayed in Customs.
